On July 10, Keli's 2019 International New Product Launch was held in Shanghai. During the launch, Engineer Ou (instruments), Engineer Yan (smart components), and Engineer Ruan (sensors) presented three series of Keli's international new products: the W1701 self-diagnostic truck scale IoT system, the unattended weighing system, and the non-stop weighing system. The W1701 system is an upgraded version of Keli's previous IoT generation. It features multiple physical quantity sensors that can more comprehensively detect the status of sensors and the scale body. Through backend data analysis, it enables self-diagnosis, making the truck scale system more intelligent and user-friendly. The unattended weighing system automates and unmanned the truck scale weighing process by integrating various external devices and software. It consists of subsystems such as long-distance automatic vehicle identification, automatic voice command, real-time weighing image capture, traffic light control, infrared anti-cheating, barrier gate control, and remote monitoring. It features automatic and reliable data collection, automatic judgment, command, processing, and control. The non-stop weighing system is an advanced and efficient solution for highway vehicle overload and over-limit management. It comprises resistance strain gauge sensors, magnetic induction coils, license plate recognition systems, height detectors, information displays, control cabinets (including signal acquisition units and dynamic indicators), and a backend data monitoring center. It operates dynamically without stopping, unmanned, and 24/7. Currently, Keli has numerous field application cases and practical experience in China, offering complete system products to customers.
