Planning Highlights
A grand and magnificent scroll was produced for this tour exhibition, printed with the Sany Heavy Equipment tour route map, with spaces reserved at each stop for signatures from leaders and customers. After the tour concluded, the scroll was kept as a commemorative collectible.
Sany Heavy Equipment proposed a new service commitment to customers for the first time, the "Three Fasts and One Compensation": "Three Fasts" means fast personnel arrival (arrive at the mine within 2 hours), fast parts supply (arrive at the mine within 8 hours), and fast problem resolution (resolve the problem within 12 hours); "One Compensation" means compensation for overtime (for overtime, customers retain the right to compensation in parts valued at 10,000 yuan per hour).
The event theme was "Infinite Excitement, Colorful Sany." The stage design used lighting, sound, LED, and other equipment to create a brilliant effect; the stage LED backdrop used an ultra-wide screen, providing a superbly aesthetic visual experience.
