The two-day forum began with a main venue hosting over 3,000 attendees, including distinguished guests such as the President of UNICEF. Overnight, the main venue was transformed into five breakout rooms, which together with five existing meeting rooms in the exhibition hall, made a total of 10 breakout rooms. The event employed advanced conference technologies including holographic displays, ultra-wide BARCO screen systems, bilingual on-screen simultaneous interpretation, and multi-screen interaction.
