The venue was designed with a theme of sunny beaches and a vacation paradise, featuring swaying coconut trees, soft sand, blue sea water, and unique Li-Miao ethnic elements, making attendees feel as if they were in the midst of Hainan's beautiful scenery. Representatives from the Hainan Provincial Tourism Development Commission, Yuehai Railway Company, and Hainan scenic spots, hotels, and travel agencies promoted tourism resources and products.
